For pain that's outlasted everything you've tried, and for the system underneath it that never quite settles. Two ways into the same work — and every session draws from both.
If chronic pain, restricted mobility, old injuries, or postural imbalance keep pulling you out of the life you want — and physical therapy, yoga, or acupuncture have left you empty-handed — this is the path most people arrive on.
The work: myofascial release & corrective manual therapy. Deep and thorough — but not "deep tissue" as most people understand it.

Some arrive with a system that won't settle: stress that lives in the body, emotion that never quite finishes moving through, a sense of being disconnected from yourself beneath the daily noise.
The premise: somatic therapy works with the mind-body connection to reach both physical and emotional holding — deepening sensation and feeling until what the body carries can finally complete itself. The body follows.
The work: nervous system regulation, somatic dialogue, and body-based connection therapy — gentle, trauma-informed, always at your pace. You are in control of the session at all times.
Between muscle, bone, and nerve runs the fascia — one continuous web that binds every system of the body together. When injury or stress goes unresolved, it dehydrates and becomes fibrotic, and those restrictions can press on pain-sensitive structures with up to 2,000 pounds of force — invisible to standard tests and imaging.
Traditional therapy works the muscles, and the relief is temporary. Myofascial release works the restriction itself — slow, sustained, deep without force — which is why the changes last.

The quietest work in the room is often the deepest. CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach to the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord — the body's central axis.
Under this touch, clients often drop into a state between waking and dream, akin to deep meditation — and from there, the body reorganizes from the inside. An opening from within, not a manipulation from outside, with effects that reach the nervous, digestive, and musculoskeletal systems. Can be received fully clothed.
